Midnight Snack {Open}

Upon hearing the other’s words, Beyond’s head fell to the side, hanging at an abnormal angle as he stared at the other with wide, owl-like eyes. “But I don’t want to.” That was a lie, of course, he very much wanted a shirt and didn’t really like having his skin exposed to the bacteria in the air, but he didn’t have a good reason for not having a shirt on at the moment. Therefore, he decided to use whim as an excuse.

His hand fell from the other’s arm, and he let out a soft hum, the vibration slurring into the beginning of the sentence as he began to speak. “Well, are you going to get me that cake or not? If you aren’t that’s fine, but I’ll have to find someone else, and I need to work quickly or someone else might buy that cake before I have a chance.”

Reading the other’s name and date of death in his peripherals, he found this stranger to be called ‘Deidara,’ and it seemed he wasn’t going to be living for very much longer. At least, not by Beyond’s standards. A little over one year wasn’t very long to live at all, especially considering Deidara’s current age had to be somewhere between late teens and early twenties.

What a waste… but I wonder if I can use him… Hmm…

He was feeling rather uncomfortable, especially with the feeling of these stranger’s eyes stripping him down. It creeped him out, the way they almost bulged out of his head with abnormal interest, what was he staring at anyways? Eyebrows curved with dismay, a drop of sweat trailed down the side of his face nervously. Biting down on his lip, he stared into onyx hues trying to find the answer; and regretting every second of it.

Though most concerning, why was this guy staring above his head, was he blind, or just stupid? All the Akatsuki knew was that the urge to swat at him and tell him to shoo was strong, yet something displeased him when the weirdo mentioned he would find a replacement so casually, he was perfectly capable of doing it. Hovering his hand over the money that suck out of the stranger’s grasp, he quickly snatched the green paper  –with a confident huff the blond wiped himself around toward the door.

A few moments passed, with the sound of ringing bells the bomber left the bakery, with a large brown paper bag in his hands. Holding the bag tightly in his grasp, he wasn’t going cease this opportunity; lifting it above his head gesturing to be out of beyonds reach, blue eye’s stared at the hunched stranger with poise. 

                                 "Put on a shirt and I’ll give you the cake. Hm.“
